Our client, a well known company working in the automotive industry by supplying parts and spares for the aftermarket, is now looking for a: TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER SPARE PARTS (GERMAN / ENGLISH) rif.546 They are requiring an experienced Technical Support / Sales Manager in order to provide technical support to the Regional Dealer and develop their business opportunities concerning the sales of parts and spares in the foreign market The customer base is broad, including sales to the regional dealer networks and foreign service centres and other independent parts sales organisations. Person: We are looking for: - an experienced technician from automotive, tractors, forklifts or similars; - a decision maker, to develop strong working relationships within the dealers and consolidate or enable the creation of new business opportunities - a great communicator to succeed in a fast paced environment - a target orientated and self motivated person -professional Required: -Data accuracy, attention to details -Ability to work as a team and on own initiative, flexible approach to undertaking the role -Ability to follow processes & policy frameworks -Ability to work under pressure -Customer handling skills -Good interpersonal skills -Organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloads -Excellent telephone communication skills -Customer service orientation.
