Our client is a multinational working in the field of industrial goods with a large presence in the world, that is looking for a highly skilled OPERATIONS MANAGER for the plant site in Eastern Europe belonging to the European Community. Our final goal is optimizing costs and quality of our production: the candidate will be in charge of the management internal procedures and standards for each plant department. The candidate will be also responsible for the budget on operational costs, as well as the social climate and participation regarding the production unit. The selected person should have University degree in engineering or significant technical background, fluent English, significant experience in Eastern Europe, managerial skills established in multinational context. We would to get in contact with candidates resident in Eastern Europe or willing to move in the area in order to coordinating the start-up of a new plant.
